1. About BoozeSpy
BoozeSpy is a community price-checking app for adults aged 18 years and over.
BoozeSpy allows users to search, compare, submit, and confirm drink prices by product, retailer, region, and area.
BoozeSpy does not sell alcohol, process payments, arrange delivery, or act as a retailer.
2. Age Restriction
BoozeSpy is intended only for users aged 18 years and over.
You must not use BoozeSpy if you are under 18 years of age.
BoozeSpy contains alcohol-related price information. Please drink responsibly.
3. Price Information
Prices shown in BoozeSpy may be community supplied, user submitted, user confirmed, or compiled from available pricing information.
Prices may be inaccurate, outdated, unavailable, or different in-store.
BoozeSpy does not guarantee that any price shown in the app is current, complete, available, or correct.
Users should confirm pricing, stock availability, promotions, and purchase conditions directly with the retailer before purchasing.
4. No Alcohol Sales
BoozeSpy does not sell, supply, deliver, advertise for sale, or arrange the purchase of alcohol.
Any purchase decision is made directly between the user and the retailer.
BoozeSpy is not responsible for retailer pricing, retailer promotions, stock availability, purchase restrictions, or retailer terms and conditions.
5. User Price Submissions
Users may submit or confirm prices in BoozeSpy.
By submitting or confirming a price, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge at the time of submission.
You must not knowingly submit false, misleading, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate information.
BoozeSpy may update, correct, reject, remove, or moderate submitted information at any time.
6. Prohibited Use of BoozeSpy Content and Data
Users must not copy, scrape, harvest, extract, reproduce, download, bulk collect, or reuse BoozeSpy content, data, pricing information, product information, retailer information, or app functionality without written permission from VORTEX7 LIMITED.
Users must not use bots, scripts, automated tools, scraping tools, data-mining tools, crawlers, or similar methods to access, copy, monitor, extract, or collect information from BoozeSpy.
Users must not reverse engineer, clone, reproduce, resell, commercially exploit, or create a competing service using BoozeSpy content, data, layout, features, or functionality.
All BoozeSpy content, data, app design, branding, and functionality remain the property of VORTEX7 LIMITED or its relevant licensors, except for retailer names, product names, trademarks, or other third-party material owned by their respective owners.
VORTEX7 LIMITED may restrict, block, suspend, or take other action against access or use that appears to breach these Terms.
7. Favourites and Location Preferences
BoozeSpy may allow users to save favourite products and select a home region or area.
These features are provided for convenience only and may not always display complete or current pricing information.
8. Availability of the App
BoozeSpy may be updated, changed, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
We do not guarantee that BoozeSpy will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
9. Third-Party Services and Retailers
BoozeSpy may include references to retailers, products, brands, or third-party services.
These references are provided for price-checking and comparison purposes only.
BoozeSpy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer or brand unless expressly stated.
Retailer and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, VORTEX7 LIMITED is not responsible for any loss, cost, claim, or damage arising from:
- Reliance on incorrect or outdated price information
- Retailer price changes
- Stock unavailability
- App errors or interruptions
- User-submitted information
- Decisions made based on information shown in BoozeSpy
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Use of BoozeSpy is also subject to the BoozeSpy Privacy Policy.
